So disappointing the lack of care and empathy for my mom's beautiful dog. It was all centered on how much money they could get and absolutely no effort to even comfort her. I gave it a 2 instead of 1 because one of the nurses was kind a thorough.
This facility was wonderful. Very kind with helping my situation . Not to mention the clients were more than helpful. Thank you all for what you do..
Dr. Patrick Ryan is very caring , along with the entire staff. My 17yr old Yorkie (Harley) was very sick, with hugh swelling in his lymph nodes, in pain, fever, chills, not eating etc. After the treatment option we chose, within 2 days Harley had started eating, no pain and the hugh swelling has almost completely gone away. It is a happy place with calming music and laughter.
We've had two great experiences at Williams Vet. Wellness. The first was an urgent visit for our dog and the second our cat's annual check up. Dr. Ryan answered all our questions, and we liked that he started with the simple possible issues and not the extreme...saving us money, but also letting us know the next steps to take if the problem persisted. He is definitely our new family vet. Two years later, we're still very happy with the team. They even took this cute V-day pic for our newest family member.
