Jeff from Williams Towing is the nicest person and saved my son and I when our Serpentine Belt broke on 35 outside of Hinckley. We had made it to a small gas station off the freeway and a gentleman there gave me Jeff's number. He came right away after contacting him. I called to schedule service for a coolant leak. Jeff was very helpful and was able to get me in the same day. There were comfortable chairs to sit in while I waited for my ride, and Jeff was very straightforward about the work needed and estimated price. They got the work done quickly and efficiently and my car is back in shape. The total cost was less than the estimate he gave me, and it was a very reasonable price! I will definitely be coming back for any other service needs, can't beat the service here!
