My Mother in law had been seen by Dr Williams for 30+ years and as a long term patient you’d think she would be cared for and respected. We brought her here to be checked on in March 2026 for a sick appointment and waited 1 hour after her appointment in the gross dirty lobby then got her into a patient room and waited another hour to be seen by the Dr, after, mind you, the nurse took her BP and it was 51/38. Some of the patients that come into the office are pleasant and nice but some patients are just rude and too difficult to deal with. Some patients are often uncooperative, demanding and harassing. Some patients have yelled and argued with the staff and even cursed at staff. Some staff members are being severely mistreated and it isn’t right. Horrible experiences here, you will get terrible service and there's nothing you can do other than avoid this place. Right off the bat, the front door to the building was broken yet there was no sign about it, plus the lights inside were off. The other people waiting outside and I only realized we were meant to force our way in after watching a nurse walk up, peel the "automatic" doors apart with her hands, and continue inside without saying a word to us or holding the door.
