Where do I begin??? At first I really liked Williams tax service and chose to give out business based on it being an all black staff. Our accountant was Alecia. She seemed to be good but shortly after filing our taxes, we begin to receive weird IRS notifications saying our taxes were incorrectly filed. We reached back to Alecia in hopes to gain some clarity and she refused to return our calls or emails. If things were done correctly why are we being avoided? Poor service poor communication.

Kinda disappointed with this place. The agent that helped us mostly sat in silence while they worked and didn't ask us many questions. And at the end, I still had to go online to send my tax payment myself. I feel like I could have used Turbotax and gotten the same results for a lot less than $300.

Called, a lady answered, told her I would like to schedule an appointment to have my mom's taxes done, she said hold on. Transferred me to an answering machine where I left a message requesting an appointment for my mom probably mid to late March to please call me back to schedule. I called January 23rd......today is the 31st and I have not heard back.
