I'd post a zero if I could. Impossible to communicate with. No one returns my calls. I left numerous messages when the voicemail box wasn't full and I was told to come into her office on a specific day to pickup my tax return and no one showed up. Just want my paperwork and tax return but no one will answer the phone.
Connie was so great to work with. She helped me with my tax preparation and I couldn't be happier with my return. Highly recommended.
