On September 4th at 11:48 a.m., truck #1883 pulling tanker #2392 with CA plate #4UV7207 abruptly changed lanes in front of me with no turn signal on causing me to slam on my brakes as I nearly hit him. Tankers are too big to change lanes last minute while heading (too fast) toward a red light. Absolutely irresponsible driving. I had my children in the car with me.
