Admittedly most times going to the dentist is not a pleasant occurance. Going to Dr. Seigrists practice is the exception. My family (all) has used this Irving dentist for years, never had anything than the most favorable outcome possible. Dr. Seigrist and his staff are so unbelievably courteous, attentive, as well as personable. I love Dr. S but I have been trying to get in contact with Laura and the front office for weeks now. They refuse to call me back or my husband as I am inquiring about a refund for a permanent retainer I have had put in three times in the last 6 months, this last time it fell off three days after they put it in. Disappointed since my husband and I have been coming here for over 5 years. Wish the front office staff were more honest.

Went for the first time for a regular cleaning, all was explained to me during and after the cleaning. No extra charges. All personnel is friendly and professional. One week after went for some fillings and same. No extra charges, excellent service.
I never thought I would say one day that going to my dentist is a pleasure ! Believe it or not but that is exactly the way I feel at every visit ! Starting with the front desk ladies who are so kind and make you feel welcome .
