The crew did a fantastic job from the first service call to the final roof installation. I bought a house in Douglasville where the roof had been neglected, and previous repairs were not done right, which caused water to pool and leak into the floors below. The roofing company fixed my roof quickly and stayed within the estimated cost, even coming in at the lower end of the quote. They did a solid job and checked back with me to make sure the leak was gone. The roofer also showed me some worn-out gaskets I could easily repair myself with just a few supplies and some roof caulk. I liked that they were honest and didn't try to charge me for something I could handle. Their work was reliable, and they made the whole roof repair process easy and stress-free.

I have a lot of gutters and the old gutter guard was bent and catching debris, which caused overflow and erosion around my house in Douglasville. had a leak near my bathroom exhaust fan. the roofer came out and really knew his stuff about the different types of roofs on our house. he took a look and told me the fix would be less than $200, and the official quote was $185. he also checked the rest of the roof and said it's in decent shape but might need some repairs in a few years. he came back a few days later and finished the job in about thirty minutes. i'm happy with the service and how quickly everything was taken care of.

we noticed a small leak in our attic and thought it might be the roof. we called a bunch of roofing companies, but williams & sons roofing & remodeling got back to us first and showed up the next day. we talked to a few other roofers and got several estimates for a new roof. the pricing here was fair, and you could see they really care about their work. the crew was professional, arrived on schedule, and did a great job! we are very happy with our new roof and would definitely recommend this team to anyone.
