After two years of enjoying our Mitsubishi Mini Split Heat Pump, we finally scheduled an annual maintenance check with Williams & Sons HVAC. Peyton arrived right on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us that our filters were packed with dust and explained how important it is to keep them clean, especially with the warm weather in Dana Point. i was having trouble with my furnace and couldn’t get it to heat the house. i had tried to reach out to a few different heating companies before, but no one was available to help. this time, i called and they sent bryce out very quickly. bryce checked everything, found the problem, and installed a new thermostat. soon enough, the furnace was working again and the house was comfortable. i really appreciate how fast and friendly the service was.
