HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered an item online and when I went into the store for pickup, one of the saleswomen who couldn’t find my item, immediately told me the order had never been placed. I showed them the order confirmation again and the manager told me the order had already been picked up (impossible). When they failed to find the item again, the manager said the item was cancelled - it was literally a hot potato of incompetence. I’ve experienced discrimination on two separate occasions from two separate white women. The manager has been informed both times. Apparently being brown automatically means I can’t afford to buy there. Both times I was told “it’s too expensive” when asking about a product with the second woman walking away as I’m in mid sentence. HIRE BETTER because these women will cost you a discrimination lawsuit.

We stopped by on a Sunday and was impressed with some of the selection of items for both gifting and home decor. They have some beautiful products, though I found that most of the merchandise was quite pricey. A few items were on deal and it still felt like on the expensive side although those products were of not of a great quality.

This breaks my heart but I can no longer support William Sonoma. The return policy doesn't allow exchanges even if it's 31 days after the purchase even with a receipt even in its full package. This is why Amazon is putting every brick and mortar store out of business. I tried calling customer service but they told me it was a store policy to contact the store manager there is nothing they can do. They lost thousands of dollars worth of business over What would've been a $22 exchange. They lost my business on Christmas my dau... read more
