This breaks my heart but I can no longer support William Sonoma. The return policy doesn't allow exchanges even if it's 31 days after the purchase even with a receipt even in its full package. This is why Amazon is putting every brick and mortar store out of business. I tried calling customer service but they told me it was a store policy to contact the store manager there is nothing they can do. There was an extraordinarily helpful blonde woman on Wednesday 4/16 at 5 PM. I usually don’t have good experiences shopping in these kinds of stores, but she was very pleasant and helped me swiftly.

My husband and I and my niece went to this location on Saturday afternoon after enjoying a great day shopping. When we went into the store, I was stared down by two Caucasian women who are employees there. One with very blond long hair and other had sandy blonde hair was following me in the store.. They never have anything in stock. I wanted to Kuvings juicers which they have displayed but not for sale. Can't you just take it off the shelf or mark it as sold out. Overpriced never in stock, terrible service

Never buy a gift from here! I tried to return a broken popcorn maker my boyfriend received as a gift and they couldn’t do it even for credit without a receipt. It was a gift! They can’t even scan the item to give credit or exchange the item. And the woman was completely unwilling to help.
