They are very attentive while you're buying but then you're roadkill. No problem solving at all when things go wrong. No sense of responsibility. Patronizing and cannot wait to get rid of you. Of course they are owned by Best Buy. I have gone back to buying local where I get good service, authentic follow-up and they care about my custom.
We ordered a Fridge, Range and dishwasher in September for delivery in November. Salesman was very nice and the ordering experience was good. That is the end of the good story. First problem was a delay in arrival of the Range. We had to call to find out that it was delayed by months (while our construction was also delayed the lack of communication was not impressive).
