I went to buy a tea kettle. There were 4 women working one was helping a customer at the register the other 3 were laughing and talking didn’t even acknowledge us my husband said let’s go somewhere else. Where our business will be appreciated. As we were leaving I felt that I had to let them know that that is not good customer service and one of the ladies said well you could have came to us. I regret buying anything there. Will definitely not go back. People should be trained in at least acknowledging their customers.

Called 5/26/2026 at 6:00 pm at the promonade location in Rogers AR. Was immediately put on hold for an extended period then someone picked up and hung up without a word. Poor customer service.

I have been a B2B customer of Williams Sonoma and its brands for six years, spending tens of thousands of dollars on personal and client purchases. That history is why this review matters. Over the past 18 months, I have experienced a repeated pattern of fulfillment issues, poor follow-through, and customer service that rarely leads to a resolution.
