If I could give less than 1 I would. I have been on the phone waiting for 33 minutes. The SLO store screwed up my order and I can't seem to get anyone to help. They better right size their company as it is the wrong size now!
The food is horrid!
I went to buy a tea kettle. There were 4 women working one was helping a customer at the register the other 3 were laughing and talking didn’t even acknowledge us my husband said let’s go somewhere else. Where our business will be appreciated. As we were leaving I felt that I had to let them know that that is not good customer service and one of the ladies said well you could have came to us. I regret buying anything there. Will definitely not go back. People should be trained in at least acknowledging their customers.
Called 5/26/2026 at 6:00 pm at the promonade location in Rogers AR. Was immediately put on hold for an extended period then someone picked up and hung up without a word. Poor customer service.
