great place for gifts I have a cd rom cookbook from here and it is outstanding, the store has several food and kitchen related items, the selection is incredible. Many yummy things to try and taste. It is a bit on the pricey side but well worth it. Also sale items are worth the trip.
Look out Tastebuds! This store has everything that a person could imagine in regards to the kitchen! Make every meal a special occasion with Williams and Sonoma suppling all your recipes and cook ware. Much of the selection is very unique and sure to draw attention to your own personal flaire for the culinary arts! The sales represenatives are helpful and knowledgable. Do hold on to your check book as this is a higher end store. The samples are mmmmmgoood!
The worst customer experience I have had! I had an All-Clad pot to return with a receipt and just wanted it put back onto the charge it was purchased on. I was 10 days over the 30day return date which I wasn’t even aware of! They refused my return even for store credit! I had the flu over the last 2 weeks, but they have NO customer consideration!!! I will NEVER shop in one of their stores again, and I had been a good customer! I will make sure that my experience there, and anyone else I know, will be the LAST!!!
