My partner purchased a pasta maker for me at the Cherry Creek mall location. It was damaged, and when I returned it, I was told that they didn't have any more in stock. I wanted it, so they offered to place an order for a new one for me, on their website. They returned the damaged item, ISSUED A MERCHANDISE CREDIT (this is important!), and ordered a new one for me. They told me it WOULD BE BETTER for me to have it shipped to my home, rather than picking it up from the store, because they "didn't trust that their stock people... read more
just took three failing non stick All Clad pans (lifetime warranty)to this store for assistance. The store manager is the most arrogant & unhelpful person I have encountered in a customer service role in years.
Awesome service and Fantastic Store Manager! Beautiful store and merchandise. Wish I could visit there more often. Very nice second floor location with lots of room to display all the wonderful gourmet items. I wish you much success in the Cherry Creek store.
