The best thing about the Leawood Williams Sonoma is the staff. Great service. The second thing is the presentation. The store is clean and beautiful. Ok, number 3 is the personalized service. Is that enough? Oh yea, Pepperment Bark . . .
I had bad experience this store. And I sent a complaint about the store experience, not even an apology came from. I guess customer experience is not important for this company.
One of the better stocked WS I’ve visited. Respectfully keeping their distance when you are just browsing, staff make themselves available when you need it.
