Don’t believe their “lifetime “ warranty. I have an old acrylic pepper mill that was a gift many years ago, I love it. After going back and forth with at least 6 different people in their customer service emails I’m finally told that their warranty is only a year. The lifetime warranty is through the manufacturer. But they can’t tell me who that is or how to reach them due to privacy issues?? What the hell??
