Best Customer Service EVER!!! I lived in the SF Bay Area for over 30 years and shopped at W-S often...even at the original store in Sonoma on occasion. Having moved to SW LA two years ago, I am extremely impressed with the customer service I receive at the W-S in Baton Rouge...Rosie is an assistant manager and is the greatest...I'm a customer for life!! My thanks to you, too, Sherrie! Keep up the stellar work, all.
Popsicle Maker I am taking back a Zoku Quick Pop Maker and wanted to let people know that you DO NOT want to purchase this item. Upon opening the box and reading instructions, the first thing you will find if that you cannot use 'plain' water and no artificial sweeteners. This product was made in China. I will be more careful in the future of my purchases. Sales persons at Williams Sonoma were helpful, but did not tell me about these restrictions.
