We had great service from Chloe today, even though she was busy she made sure we felt taken care of.
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Chloe at the Williams shoe store in Port Central. She clearly knows her products inside and out. She listened carefully to what I needed, asked all the right questions, and then made thoughtful suggestions that catered to my many issues and concerns. Chloe was amazing yesterday. Even my husband said 'gee I would employ her'. Store full of people and she was on her own, attending to everyone and making them feel they were her only customers. On the hop getting sizes for everyone all the while friendly and chirpy. What a wonderful asset to this store. And yes I am a Karen
Went into this Williams store on Friday 13th December whilst on holiday and was looking at I Love Billy Cherry shoes with 2 friends. There were 3 staff members 2 female 1male. I asked him what size an 11 was in the shoe conversion and he answered me. He then went back to talking to 1 of other ladies who was on the other side fixing the display at the front.
