The ladies were wonderful. I purchased two pairs of shoes to be delivered by post. As only one pair arrived a couple of days later, I phoned the ladies and the next day, my second pair of shoes arrived by post. I would recommend anyone to go to this shoe shop to receive excellent service. Well done ladies.
Great customer service I rang up the macarthur store as I was trying to change my sons shoes I ordered online wring size, Anne was so lovely and helpful she told me she was going to check with manager first on what to do as I told her my son is severely autistic and its hard to do shopping with him. She rand me back up and told to come to the store, she was so kind refunded the shoes and ordered the correct size.
