Great customer service I rang up the macarthur store as I was trying to change my sons shoes I ordered online wring size, Anne was so lovely and helpful she told me she was going to check with manager first on what to do as I told her my son is severely autistic and its hard to do shopping with him. She rand me back up and told to come to the store, she was so kind refunded the shoes and ordered the correct size. We would like to thank Marie for her great service yesterday. We went in to the Macarthur Square store to return a pair of boots I had bought online. The store was quite busy, Marie was patient and very helpful.
The store was quite empty with two workers, we asked someone to come no one approached. A lot of disrespect from a worker she’s a white lady with glasses. She was helping me and my mum and we were having trouble understanding the explanation of the prices, she then went to another customer and said “I love it when people understand what I’m trying to say” as if me and my ethnic mother were not just standing there.
