We would like to thank Marie for her great service yesterday. We went in to the Macarthur Square store to return a pair of boots I had bought online. The store was quite busy, Marie was patient and very helpful.
The store was quite empty with two workers, we asked someone to come no one approached. A lot of disrespect from a worker she’s a white lady with glasses. She was helping me and my mum and we were having trouble understanding the explanation of the prices, she then went to another customer and said “I love it when people understand what I’m trying to say” as if me and my ethnic mother were not just standing there. Attended the MacArthur square store on the 5/6 with my grandsons faiulty school shoes the service provided by Marie snd Maniha was exceptional, well done Williams staff will always shop in your store
