Karen at the Williams Joondalup store is an absolute asset to the team! My mum and I visited the store on Saturday afternoon so I could try shoes that were on clearance, after a team member at the Warwick Grove store told us that Joondalup (our local) had plenty in that size left. At Joondalup, the store was very busy with last-minute back-to-school shoppers, but Karen came over to give us a hand. My wife went to this store on Wednesday 4th of June 2025. She went to return 2 pairs of shoes that she had bought online as they wern’t suitable. The lady who served her made her feel extremely uncomfortable for bringing them back and wanting the money put back on her card. Very disappointing.
Very bad customer service. Tried on the shoes that I wanted to buy and got given the wrong shoes to take home. Got home I put the shoes on and they were the wrong size. I came back to exchange the shoes and they told me they cant change it because I had wore them already. Didn’t care what I had to say and all they cared about was they couldn’t resell the shoes I took. Just awful experience. Don’t go there to buy shoes

I find it hard shopping for shoes....had to ask for service after being in their for several minutes. Wasn't asked any questions about shoes they were just given to me. No follow up. Poor service Williams. I love you shoes and store normally.
