Mum came into your store this morning to look at shoe options for a function she has coming up. She looked around and then had to ask if they kept a particular shoe in white. The sales woman gruffy said no and kept on doing what ever she was doing. No offer to assist mum with anything else or any friendly assistance at all. Mum chose to go elsewhere and walked out. You won't meet budget with that lack of service, poor effort.
Wow, what incredible service at Williams Shoes Elanora The Pines. Walked in this week in search of a new pair of dress shoes and was greeted by Julie. Huge smile, friendly and super helpful from the start. The shoes I loved had the right size but not the right colour, Julie tracked me down a pair at Robina as she knew I needed them for the weekend and offered to pick them up on her way home, for me to come in the next day to grab them. Karlee was unbelievably patient and cheerful, and spent so much time helping me find my perfect two pairs of shoes for my holiday. Thank you so much ! Williams in Elanora is my only go to for shoes and I’m never disappointed :) xx
We had a bit of an issue with newly purchased school shoes from another Williams store. We went in to the Elanora store and lucky we did because Julie was amazing! She sorted the situation for us, double checked we left with the correct sizing and was generally delightful to deal with. We will make sure we come to Elanora when purchasing school shoes in the future.
We were served by Kyan to buy our school shoes. He was so helpful, friendly and polite, a credit to your business.
