Customer service doesn’t exist here the male and female working need to do something else but stand around talking
I visited the store today to purchase some shoes and although there were no other customers in the store none of the three shop assistants acknowledged me or made any effort to smile but simply stared in my direction. It didn’t encourage me to stay any longer and went to Myer instead.
Not impressed, the shop assistants were too busy talking to each other, did not acknowledge me that I was in the store trying on shoes.
