While she was busy with me there were 2 customers walked in and she even greeted them and that's what I call a friendly customer service. Looking for school shoes options for my girls next year and popped into Williams to have a look. I loved the no pressure sales approach of Izzy (I think that was her name!??). Will definitely be back in January when there are more options available.
