On the first day of wearing the new shoes they broke into big chunks and the assistant said you can only exchange them but we didn’t we got a refund it was a really bag experience.
While the staff and service was good, I got shoes for the same foot in 2 different sizes. I'm a size 7 and one of them was an E width with the other being an F width. Just wanted to say to the staff to please pay attention to your shoes so that customers don't have to come twice within 2 days. Thank you. Edit: Staff was helpful and understanding with the matter but could've opened slightly earlier because we were in a rush, but still thank you for your service Williams, Bankstown.
We had such a lovely experience here. The staff member who helped us was absolutely wonderful — so sweet, polite and incredibly patient. She took the time to help my daughter try on many different pairs of school shoes, gave great advice, and genuinely cared about getting the right fit and support. My daughter left feeling really happy and even commented on what a lovely young lady she was, which says everything. Best service we’ve had shoe shopping. Highly recommend.
Excellent service from Lisa at the Williams shoes Bankstown store. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond — explained the buy one, get the second pair half price promo, found great alternatives when my size wasn’t available, arranged free delivery, and clearly explained the return policy. Ended up buying two pairs. Highly recommend — ask for Lisa!
