I came into Williams Shoes in desperate need of finding suitable work shoes, as my current pair had given me really bad blisters. Valentina was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. She was so good at her job and made the experience comfortable for me. I truly think she should be recognised by the company for her outstanding customer service.
