All my interactions with Dr. Williams and her office have been positive. Dr. Williams performed my unilateral mastectomy perfectly. She worked extremely well with my plastic surgeon Dr. Martin. Dr. Williams was the perfect mix of experience, expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend her services when it comes to breast cancer surgery.
What stood out the most to me was the concern Dr. Williams had for my wellbeing, especially during this difficult time. She is knowledgeable & patient & understands the value of life. All in All she is phenomenal!!Loved.
From my first appointment through surgery and follow-up, Dr. Williams and her office were nothing short of professional, caring, and communicative. Dr. Williams and her surgical team were amazing from start to finish. Due to previous abdominal surgeries, I had much scar tissue to navigate around and through. What is routinely a forty-five minute to an hour surgery, was almost three and a half hours. Dr. Williams was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and put me at ease. My wife was reassured about my condition during the surgery by frequent texts. She saw my wife immediately after the surgery to inform her of my condition. Her team was exceptional too. The follow up was 2 weeks later as promised.
My experience with this office was not good, I had a bad feeling before surgery and still went through with it. The office staff was rude and not helpful. The dr “forgot” to talk to my husband after my surgery. I was never checked on by the office and when I called crying 3 days in a row with issues they still didn’t try to see me, I was told if issues didn’t resolve there was a dr on call over the weekend. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Williams is an outstanding surgeon. She explains things takes a lot of time with you and listens to what you have to say and answers all of your questions. She even calls and checks up on you on her off hours. She is amazing. I did not have a surgeon when I was admitted to the hospital on an emergency basis. So glad she was the surgeon on call when I got there. She is terrific!
