Terrible customer service They repaired a leak I had a little under (2) years ago and my roof started leaking again in the exact same spot that was repaired. I called and the owner came out and stated it had been over a year since they repaired it so it was nothing they could do. We had a leak that other roofing companies couldn’t fix. My neighbor recommended Williams roofing said they are the best . Jason came out and immediately pinpointed the leak. He was courteous and professional, he explained in detail what the issue was and gave me an estimate which was lower than the two roofers I paid and did NOT fix it .
