I'm still confused what happened. I spoke to Robin and she said she could help. Then Hayden helped with some stuff ($600 worth) and we spoke on the phone and made a plan for me to call her when I was ready to move forward. The next day I received a bill and an email from Robin saying they cannot "help in a cost-effective manner". When I ask what that means and what changed, I do not get an explanation. These people will lie and/or manipulate facts to represent what truly happened. They are extremely difficult to work with or get ahold of, and they have no empathy or compassion. I have absolutely no faith or trust in them, and neither should you. Watch out.
