These people absolutely screwed me. I should have known that something was wrong when the person doing our taxes took a week vacation the week before tax season ended. They assured me that they had an extension and that the new deadline was for October. They then assured me in September that they would be filed before the deadline. I called them today and they said that they never got filed and that they couldn't give me an explanation on why that was only to speak with my accountant John who is never there. I used Rick Williams for years. Due to location, I unfortunately decided to use another accountant and then another. Both were a total disaster. I went back to Rick and he welcomed me with open arms. He worked to repair the mess I was in due to the other so called accountants. Can't say enough good things about Rick, Belle and Robin. Truly appreciate professional people like you guys!!
