After waiting 6 months for my appointment I show up to find out my referral had lapsed. The receptionist said they tried to call me one time. The automated appointment email and text reminder didn’t mention the referral issue. The receptionist said their system doesn’t have that capability. Well maybe that needs to be resolved. Seems like with technology available it would be too hard to change the appointment notification system. If you have 6 months to wait then this is the doctor for you. As for me no thank you

Nicest guy ive ever met
Dr Williams is very kind and compassionate. He really listens and goes above and beyond. His staff and nurses and just as understanding and quick to return calls. Overall very good bedside manner from everyone. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Judd Williams is a professional and caring doctor. I’m a 29 year old female that’s been battling urinary issues like over active bladder, reoccurring uti’s, and Interstitial cystitis symptoms for over ten years. It’s been a long painful journey but with the help of Dr. Williams I feel like things will get better soon. He has done a lot to help me. I would definitely recommend him. Great doctor!! I will note with any speciality doctor it takes time to get in for your initial appointment.
