Dr Williams & Kelly Dr mark Byard have been excellent friends and doctors to me and my family. But I called in for another script was met on the phone I should have gotten name of the gal I’m out of a drug that I can’t do without she wouldn’t budge or get me in any sooner my next appointment is 3 months away wouldn’t get me to another nurse I assume it was a nurse nobody else I could talk to basically a drug I’ve injected for past 15 yrs one because of cancer and missing body parts that I need it’s a shame staff ruined a goo... read more
After seeing dr Jud Williams for over ten years, I was told by his staff he no longer saw patients for my urology problems, the same one he operated on me for in 2021, I am very disappointed
After waiting 6 months for my appointment I show up to find out my referral had lapsed. The receptionist said they tried to call me one time. The automated appointment email and text reminder didn’t mention the referral issue. The receptionist said their system doesn’t have that capability. Well maybe that needs to be resolved. Seems like with technology available it would be too hard to change the appointment notification system. If you have 6 months to wait then this is the doctor for you. As for me no thank you
