Kinda a rip-off. I went in yesterday to get a smaller unit, and they accommodated me, but have no mechanism to prorate refund the monthly charge for the unit I got out of yesterday. Then on top of that they charged an administrative fee to process putting me in the new unit. I’m sure all of this is in the fine print of their contract, but it’s lousy business practices. So don’t vacate your unit before end of the month or you are going to be paying double, or paying for an empty locker.

Im still a member but not for very much longer. My car has been damage from the entrance gate opening back up after i pulled through because i backed up to go around a box truck that was parked immediately after the gate entrance. I thought I had room enough to park behind the box truck but didnt realize how long the entrance gate is. I decided to go around the truck.
