Dealing with strata issues a hole in my ceiling from all the rain in May which has also tripped my lighting breaker.. 5 months without ceiling lights and mouldy kitchen ceiling. This business is extremely unprofessional. The Principal was repeatedly dishonest and cost us many thousands of dollars. I would recommend anyone to steer clear of this business when looking for a real estate agent.
Absolutely pathetic joke, Williams Straa in Single - Zero Stars would be a compliment For over priced fees with the slowest 🤬response times to fix anything. Impossible to get in contact with anyone by phone because no one will answer it 🤬 Don’t buy any property, with anything to do with Williams Strata Singleton property management - Run more like a circle
We just finished renting with williams property maitland and after 7 years of renting with property manger Irene amazing perfesonal and out standing Irene made us feel like nothing was to big or two small to ask or request 🌟🌟🌟
