Extremely poor service, no communication skills. I would highly recommend looking else where for you’re realestate needs. We are dealing with a massive safety issue within a strata complex for the last 3 months. Williams property have been very unprofessional with the lack of care they have for the safety issues occurring.
Dealing with strata issues a hole in my ceiling from all the rain in May which has also tripped my lighting breaker.. 5 months without ceiling lights and mouldy kitchen ceiling. Have had emails ignored and when calling for updates and getting none. I then get assured I’ll receive a call with an update, only to call again them and be informed nothing has even been scheduled. This business is extremely unprofessional. The Principal was repeatedly dishonest and cost us many thousands of dollars. I would recommend anyone to steer clear of this business when looking for a real estate agent.
