I've rented my property through Williams for the last 5 years and Sophie and her team have been fantastic. Great service and excellent communication, I can't recommend them enough.
WORST Strata Management Services ever!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. They do not know their arse from their elbow! This company has neglected to respond for 1 month now, and has cost me my Settlement on my house....and I am still waiting for a response. Absolutely HOPELESS!!
Extremely poor service, no communication skills. I would highly recommend looking else where for you’re realestate needs. We are dealing with a massive safety issue within a strata complex for the last 3 months. Williams property have been very unprofessional with the lack of care they have for the safety issues occurring.
