I have been both a tenant of this firm and now a property owner (with my investment managed by them). All of my dealings with the firm and its staff, both as a tenant and property owner, have been reasonable, professional and efficient. I would rent via them again, and if I ever buy another property, would not hesitate to appoint them to manage it.
0 Stars. I believe this company has bought out “Star Realty Maitland” which has now been closed down. Horrible horrible people to deal with, with absolutely no professionalism whatsoever and quite only work in the industry with their minds focused on the money that can be made in sales in which they treat renters very very poorly. I moved to Singleton back in 2021 and rented thru Sophie @ Williams Property Realestate and couldn’t recommend them more. After my landlord decided to sell the property I was in Sophie found me another affordable property which I loved.
Williams Property, managed and sold a property for us. Sophie is an incredibly professional property manager, who is easy to work with. Her communication is clear, she's efficient, and always approachable. Working with her and Cameron in sales, was a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this team.
