HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. We were told we were APPROVED. Came to the property to tour, and then told they told the wrong people they were approved. They proceeded to take more money from us for two more applications, only to tell us we were denied. Karen put a home in my hands, and took it away like it was nothing. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
The apartments are nicely renovated and well maintained. The maintence people were quick to fix any problems I had. While the rent is a bit high with the economy, our management still worked with me when money became a little too tight. They're easy to talk to and very welcoming to any problems that came up.
The apartments are what they are. However for me it’s the staff that I praise. The office staff are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They do a great job keeping me informed with any important news. Also the maintenance staff quickly responds to any issues that have came up since I moved in.
Nice apartments been here a year very nice people on the office always gets stuff taken care of fast maintenance is quick and very helpful with everything and pretty quick to get things fixed
Really nice management and maintenance personnel to fix what you need fixed. Great place to rent from and pets are allowed.
