I have reported some maintenance issues they read it and then don't do anything about it.
I had a great experience with Phyliss metzger I’m getting this apartment. She was great. Answered all my questions. And worked with times amazingly. She is the best I’ve talked to and worked with getting a place in my life. She does great work.
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. We were told we were APPROVED. Came to the property to tour, and then told they told the wrong people they were approved. They proceeded to take more money from us for two more applications, only to tell us we were denied. Karen put a home in my hands, and took it away like it was nothing. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
The apartments are nicely renovated and well maintained. The maintence people were quick to fix any problems I had. While the rent is a bit high with the economy, our management still worked with me when money became a little too tight. They're easy to talk to and very welcoming to any problems that came up.
