Williams did a poor job. And will not return my phone calls now.
Didn't do what they were supposed to do .did not try the rooter at all.onky the camera. Left dirt piled .charged a lot
Our sewer line got damaged from tree roots last year. It was going to be a very expensive job that my husband and I couldn’t afford. We called around and found Williams plumbing and we’re relieved to hear his quote was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than others. He stood by his word and did the job for exactly how much he said he would; not a penny more. Disappointing experience. Was recommended to me. Met them. Liked them. Was quoted a price as they told me how screwed up a job previous plumber did. And approximate time frame for when work could be done. Made a big problem bigger my unhooking things and not putting back together. So now we have huge problems. Also will not return calls from my husband or myself.
