I had an appointment scheduled with Jake, but they canceled it just 5 hours beforehand, without offering any reasonable alternative! The next available times were either a month away or on days when I have class.
Jake is the best physio that I've ever had. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Jake!
I have been seeing both Jake and Matt for chronic hip and back pain for the past year and highly recommend their services. They work collaboratively to make sure their patients are getting the best outcomes and make sure you are leaving the clinic with your problem addressed. Williams Physiotherapy is THE BEST! Phenomenal physiotherapist! He listens, problem solves exceptionally well, and uses multiple techniques to really target the problem. Definitely has the touch when it comes to active release and dry needling.
