Ordered a full set of titanium bleed valves for a brake upgrade for a customer. Order was accepted, confirmation email received. Calipers fully refurbished and ready to refit to the car, but still waiting for the valves, only to then get an email from this company stating that my order had been cancelled "at my request". Absolute nonsense! I immediately emailed back explaining that I had absolutely not cancelled my order...and radio silence. If you've got a job on for a client, these guys simply aren't reliable. For those of you that have placed online orders and are finding it impossible to contact the vendor; contact your bank and request a charge back. The money was back in my account in less than an hour.
Paid for a few services online only to realise they are based almost 5h from me so i sent an email to cancel. This was within 2h of paying on a Saturday. 1 week went by before i received a cancellation email but without a refund. I tried to contact to ask why they are not issuing a refund but couldn't get through. I waited a few days to see if the refund would eventually come through, it didn't. I raised a dispute with AMEX. TERRIBLE!! It's been a week since I ordered some transmission fluid from them and I haven't received a single update from them about my order status. I obviously haven't received the transmission fluid either. They are not even answering to my emails. I will never buy from them again. Look at other reviews and you will notice how many people had the same experience. People waiting for weeks to get even just an update and zero communication from them. AVOID!!
