Major Privacy Breach & Constant Harassment I am writing this because I have been unable to resolve a serious issue privately. Williams Oral Surgery continues to send text messages containing a relative's sensitive balance information and descriptions of services to my personal cell phone. I am NOT the patient. I have notified this office twice that they have the wrong number, yet the texts persist. Dr. Williams is a dedicated professional committed to providing exceptional dental care. He removed a broken #2 molar for me in a matter of minutes. My visit was very close to pain free; that shot of Novocain can’t be helped and he was very aware it would cause discomfort if only briefly. I was offered “laughing gas” which I declined, but it was readily available. The extraction was very smooth and my recovery has been uneventful. No swelling, bruising or pain.
