I hired O'neal and after I was told I could no longer have access to a public defender. He misled me to believe that he had gotten the same terms and had not. He showed up late to the proceedings and had to be summoned by the baliff while I was already in front of the judge. The judge even made a joke about it and asked he had forgot and left his car on.
