I don’t get to make any of the interior design decisions in my house. Never have, never will. Nor did i get to make the decision about hiring Williams Metcalf. But thank god my wife picked them. Morgan and her team were able to bring BOTH of our visions to life. I have maintained a professional relationship with WMI through multiple jobs, and can’t say enough good things about their team and their end result. Cannot recommend enough !
Not allbusinessrelationships work out, and there's nothing wrong with that. But this went significantly beyond that. 1. I reached out to them in early Jan '25 for help redecorating a small home office and wallpapering a bathroom. It took 13 months to get wallpaper for two rooms and a rug. They never indicated it would take that long, despite an aggressive e-mail claiming to the contrary. 2. Working with them was difficult. We had such a great experience working with Williams Metcalf Interiors on our new home build. From the very beginning, their team was thoughtful, detail-oriented, and just genuinely easy to work with. They have a way of making everything feel both beautiful and livable. Every decision felt considered, from the architectural coordination to the final furnishings.
