I went to Williams Landing Blooms two days ago for a birthday bouquet and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They customized an arrangement with roses, lilies, and orchids right in front of me. The flowers were also very fresh and vibrant!
Great customer service and helpful staff always have wide range to choose from
Horrible value, terrible arrangement. Go buy them from Daily Blooms instead and they will at least give you better customer service and free delivery. Spent over $135 for roses that I could have thrown myself into a wrapping. Do not recommend
Florist behind the desk incredibly condescending and rude. Smirked and rolled her eyes when I was asking what type of flowers were in-front of me (there was no sign saying what flower it was other than the price of it). Was looking for some filler flowers/greenery for a bunch of roses I’d bought earlier in the day and asked her if the ferns behind the counter were for sale, she rolled her eyes and smirked and said “honey those are for the boxes” in the most condescending tone. Florist behind the desk incredibly condescending and rude. Smirked and rolled her eyes when I was asking what type of flowers were in-front of me (there was no sign saying what flower it was other than the price of it). She also had AirPods in while customers were around which made it even harder for me to get her attention and seemed unprofessional to me in my opinion. Wouldn’t recommend this place, you’re lowkey better off going to the Woolies at-least you won’t be made to feel stupid for not being an expert on flowers.
