Had excellent service here 15 years ago, but when we wanted to update again we were treated as if we were too poor to look at their products and only allowed to look in a certain section of cabinets. When I took a drawing in of our kitchen and explained what I wanted the sketch I got back was completely incorrect. We will definitely be going elsewhere and happy to spend more elsewhere doing so. Im quite bummed about this, I expected better.

Love our kitchen cabinets NOW, but if you want service afterward, I suggest you go elsewhere. Took us days to get doors and drawers straight to put handles on. No service man to help. Couldn’t even get additional screws that they forgot to put in drawers

Had plans for a kitchen..employee forgot to add in microwave. Paid a babysitter so we could drive from Mt. Pleasant to pick out countertops, employee forgot what we picked out. Didn't have a square footage for countertops even though employee came to the home and measured..twice. When I thanked employee and told them we found better pricing, I felt like the reply email was scolding me "I trusted, my bad". Certainly wasn't a professional email.
