We purchased a 2021 Kia Seltos for our son at Williams Kia. It was a cash sale in March 2024. At the time of purchase, the tires were, at best, questionable for tread wear. It's now September, and we've already had to replace all 4 tires. One of the tires had been plugged near the rim and had started to leak. He had made appointments to have his first free service two times. Both times he showed up, and they had no record of his appointment.
