My first time buying something from them and definitely will mot me my last. Kathleen Squires was super welcoming and let me know she was there if I had any questions. Beautiful furniture with so many options.
Very clean and professional showroom, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend working with Joel, his passion for furniture is contagious, and not pushy at all. He goes out of his way to make sure that the furniture item you’re looking for will fit in your space, and will be the right choice for you and your family. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re booking for good quality furniture.
Purchased a couch and when we picked it up and unwrap it at home it was missing the chase which was a 1/3rd of the couch. We were told upon purchased they had the couch in stock. We called back and they do not have the chase in stock in the warehouse and we have to wait several weeks to get 1/3 of the couch! I’m worried that the fabrics won’t match since the pieces weren’t produced in the same lot.
Great service from the bow tie guy. Great information and suggestions. We walked out with what we needed.
