Terrible law firm. From misspelling their own clients names, putting obvious lies in their statements, sending faulty subpoenas when no lawsuit has been filed with the court to sending men with weapons to climb locked gates to try and scare you, you name it. If you're a landlord with no ethics or morals these are your lawyers but you'll all probably end up in jail and/or hefty lawsuits against you.
Abigail Maurer was an absolute standout to work with! She represented me with so much care and precision, and truly exceeded every expectation. She was timely, incredibly communicative, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was fully supported throughout the duration of my time with her. We are lucky to have Evan Loeffler handle our eviction case. He is very patient with me and approachable. He is very experienced and thorough. His team is also helpful. I can’t disclose too much as the case is going on. But I think we are in good hands. We wish we could have get referred to him much earlier so we wouldn’t have wasted too much of our time. I just feel for long term landlords like us, it is very important to have a great lawyer by our side, when it comes to leases, contracts, professional renters etc…

In late June of this year 2024, I was contacted by Eddy Silverman regarding a small claims case against one of the most horrible Wal Marts in the country here in Yakima WA. I countered with just five hundred dollars more from this awful behemoth of a "corporation" that gets sued roughly five thousand times a year........and this so called "great attorney", does not reply/let me know what WM thought, which of course left the door open for me to draw up the Complaint and Summons to take WM to Civil District Court OR Superior C... read more
