We are lucky to have Evan Loeffler handle our eviction case. He is very patient with me and approachable. He is very experienced and thorough. His team is also helpful. In late June of this year 2024, I was contacted by Eddy Silverman regarding a small claims case against one of the most horrible Wal Marts in the country here in Yakima WA. I countered with just five hundred dollars more from this awful behemoth of a "corporation" that gets sued roughly five thousand times a year........and this so called "great attorney", does not reply/let me know what WM thought, which of course left the door open for me to draw up the Complaint and Summons to take WM to Civil District Court OR Superior C... read more
