This is the single doctor my health plan will cover, this office is a nightmare. The staff good luck getting through or not getting an attitude. Like others appointments ha ya if u get through, orders if u call for days maybe even the hospital couldn't get them to answer.

Wife has been going to Dr. Williams for over 20 years due to a drainage problem with her ear where a tube has to be inserted. The tube needs replacing about once a year. Dr. Williams has always been absolutely great, and I don’t think it’s possible for his office staff to reach any lower of a level than they’re at. He has the absolute worst front office. I think they actually try to be bad. I don’t know how you could be that terrible on accident. It’s got to be actively pursued.

I got approved for my authorization per the Doctor., for testing on my ears three weeks ago and ever since then I have been calling the office for three consecutive weeks now to make an appointment and none of the staff answers the phone and then it sends you to music and then it disconnects you. This is ridiculous. I wonder if the doctor is even aware of what’s going on with his front staff. So now I’m gonna have to go to the office and make an appointment. This is pathetic.. (Bad management)
