Took daughter and was happy with visit so made myself appointment as well. Staff was very nice and friendly. Did not wait long to be called. Dr Williams is also very nice. Listened on both visits and we both felt very comfortable. Very satisfied with care and thankful we found a good place.

This is the single doctor my health plan will cover, this office is a nightmare. The staff good luck getting through or not getting an attitude. Like others appointments ha ya if u get through, orders if u call for days maybe even the hospital couldn't get them to answer.

Wife has been going to Dr. Williams for over 20 years due to a drainage problem with her ear where a tube has to be inserted. The tube needs replacing about once a year. Dr. Williams has always been absolutely great, and I don’t think it’s possible for his office staff to reach any lower of a level than they’re at. He has the absolute worst front office. I think they actually try to be bad. I don’t know how you could be that terrible on accident. It’s got to be actively pursued.
