They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment.
