I’m writing this review after my design patent application was processed by the USPTO, so this reflects my complete experience. Ben filed my (relatively simple) design patent in 2022. Everything initially seemed fine and communications were timely. However, over the next three years, I did not receive any proactive updates. In 2023, I reached out for an update.
