Honestly only have been dealing with them cause my grandfather was with them for years I’ve had nothing but bad experiences dealing with them as a younger man. Bought a car was told before buying it that it would cost me 1600 a year a month and a half later they send me something saying that it is going to be 9000 a year which is unreal for a 2009 car. They aren’t good with any calls they take hour lunch breaks and they make you wait for things that take no time to do.
Odd customer service. Asked for a quote. Janet asked who I had. Then she told me I should stick with them without giving quote. She did not want to even start a quote. Very odd for insurance sales.
