Honest people work here! My inspector said the spray foam in my attic was lacking an intumescent (fire protection) coating which costs about $2,000. I called this company to review the specifics of my attic, and they said the coating was not needed, even though they could have said yes and charged me to do it. Much appreciated!

We had a terrible experience with Williams & Chase Insulation on a job in our shop. The crew didn't show up to work on the day they were scheduled after I was told they would arrive mid-morning. I didn't hear anything about the status of the work and why they were running late; I had to call myself to find out what was going on. The crew was scheduled for the next day and supposed to arrive first thing in the morning because I told my sales rep that I had a hard stop at 4:00 pm.
