I live in the woods. Mice and squirrels are a often freeloaders. In early spring these guys removed old dirty sometimes shredded insulation and laid all new beautiful insulation in one day. When my son recently went into the attic to check the exhaust fan he was shocked, the fan died but the re-insulation was a beautiful job! Thanks William, for a clean, beautiful, warm attic!
Hired to float a new layer of mass loaded vinyl (that I'd purchased already) and drywall over a single wall in my bedroom for better soundproofing. They were inconsistent in communication, started hours later than scheduled, and the end result included thick clumps of mud in some places, zero mud under/around tape in other places.
